MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION - Start

Thank you for your interest in Corporate Kiosk Connections. We hope the information we have provided is helpful. Now, we need to know more about you.

To become a Corporate Kiosk Connections Member and use our services, you will need to register. Please follow the steps below to begin the registration process.

Provide Company and Contact Information

Enter your company information. Here you will need to provide us with a description of your products. This description is the description of your company that the corporations will see.

Enter the contact person for your company. You will be given an opportunity to enter more than one contact. You can always add contacts later after you become a confirmed member.

Provide an additional Contact (Optional)

Enter additional contacts for your company. You can always add contacts later after you become a confirmed member. All fields with an * are required.

Select your Products

On this page you will select your products from a grand list of products. To view the current grand list of products from which you will select, please click here. If you do not see your product listed here, you will be able to enter up to 3 products as Other.

You will have the option of continuing the application with uploading your pictures or to submit the application at this point and upload or send your pictures later.

Upload your Pictures

(Optional) If you plan on uploading your pictures during this application process, please have your pictures ready for uploading before beginning this application to avoid timing out issues. Your product pictures must be in either .gif or .jpg format and less than 50KB to upload with your application. If you are unable to upload your pictures with your application, you may submit them by email instead. Your membership cannot be confirmed until after we have had an opportunity to review your pictures.

Confirmation and Fee

After you have submitted your application a Corporate Kiosk Connections representative will call you to discuss your product offerings and details of our services.

Once you have completed the application process your account will be activated. You will then receive a Username and Password which you will use to log into the Corporate Kiosk Connections member website. Your Corporate Kiosk Connections membership will provide you access to schedule Vendor Days at participating corporations. There is no fee for submitting the application. There is a $ registration fee to activate your account.
